CleanCo is a family owned commercial and residential cleaning and property services company based in Erie, Pennsylvania. We handle janitorial, carpet and floor care, window cleaning, pressure washing, gutter cleaning, lawn care, snow removal, and asphalt pothole repair — for offices, schools, medical suites, apartment communities, and homes across Erie County and Northwestern Pennsylvania.

We're insured and bonded, and our crews are trained and supervised on every job.

Cleaning For A Reason

CleanCo is a proud partner of Cleaning For A Reason, a nonprofit that connects cleaning companies with patients undergoing cancer treatment. Through the program we provide free home cleaning to families in our area who are going through it.

It's a small thing next to what those families are dealing with. But a clean home is one less thing to manage during treatment, and we're glad to do it.
