The Rotovac's rotary heads pull from multiple directions instead of one, which lifts the packed-in soil a wand alone leaves behind. Strip and Wax
Over time, floor finish yellows, scuffs, and traps soil no amount of mopping will lift. At that point the finish has to come off entirely, not be layered over.
We strip the old finish down to the tile, neutralize and rinse the floor, and lay down fresh coats of commercial finish. The result is a floor that reflects light evenly instead of showing every traffic lane — and one that's protected, because the finish is what's taking the abuse instead of the tile underneath.

Buffing and Burnishing
Between strip-and-wax cycles, buffing restores the shine and pulls out scuffing without stripping anything down. It's the maintenance step that makes the difference between refinishing every year and refinishing every two or three.

Tile and Grout
Grout is porous, and once soil works into it, a mop only moves it around. Restroom and entry grout goes dark and stays dark, and most people assume it's permanent.
We clean tile and grout with equipment built for it, pulling soil out of the grout lines instead of pushing it deeper. Restrooms, entryways, kitchens, and locker rooms.
