Vice President and Co-Founder

Originally from Illinois, James moved to Pennsylvania and attended Edinboro University for his undergraduate education. Simultaneously, he served in the Pennsylvania Army National Guard as an indirect fire infantryman, where he participated in Operation Iron Angel. After graduating with honors, he pursued his Juris Doctor at the University of Akron School of Law, where he again graduated with honors, received recognition from the Supreme Court of Ohio, and was awarded a senatorial citation from the Ohio Senate.

James is a litigation attorney at a Martindale-Hubbell AV-Preeminent rated firm in downtown Akron, practicing medical malpractice, commercial litigation, and personal injury in Ohio state and federal courts.

As Vice President of CleanCo, James reviews the company's contracts and agreements. He also maintains a rental real estate portfolio and other business interests.
